Dear Diary,

It's 10pm and I'm pooped! Spent half the day at the social services office reapplying for a change in benefits for Lynn. If all goes well this weekend she will leave the hospital Monday and be able to return to the assisted living facility. Rest of the day was spent getting ready for the pool party at our house tonight. Andy (our oldest) graduated from the Fire Academy tonight and he is hosting a party for all of the graduates. My job is over so I can relax and go to bed!

Great news today, I actually followed my eating plan all week and the result was 3 lb losti!! Now if I can only keep this going. Should be a calm weekend. Mayb I can sleep in a little tomorrw.
