Dear Diary,
Almost Friday!! I did great today. Drove 3 hours to an all day meeting then home again. Took snacks and ate 1/2 of a turkey wrap at the luncheon. Point is... I stayed on my eating plan! Can you tell I'm excited!
Tomorrow is weigh in day and for once I'm excited about that! I know that for an entire week I have not fudged (no pun intende)on this eating plan and I am sure I have lost something?
