Dear Diary,

All's well that ends well. The day is coming to an end and I am on track! Didn't walk today, but not because I didn't want to... It rained hear all day. I visited the hospital twice today to check on Lynn. She's doing well and should be able to leave the hospital and go to an assisted living facility on Monday. This should aleviate some of my stress.

Now about tomorrow... I have to travel to the state capitol for a meeting (about 4 hours) I have to leave home at 6am and will not return until around 8pm. I have packed plenty of healthy snacks and water in a cooler. I'll probably have a large purse to stuff with the snacks. These meetings usually have pastries and chocolate chip cookies. Blood sugars won't allow that!

If the early bird catches the worm, tomorrow I'll surely be in the running!
