Started P90X again this morning for my second round. Holy cow I felt like it was my first time all over again. Felt like I was going to throw up 2/3rds of the way through the workout. Guess that's good though cause means I was pushing myself hard. It's amazing how bad I was at Ab Ripper in the morning. I think I'm going to need to eat something little before the workouts cause doing them on an empty stomach doesn't seem to be the best option.
