Not a bad weight gain. I feel swelled and like I’m retaining water plus I hadn’t exercised since Tuesday. I haven’t had a drink since last Friday! I don’t drink too much. Maybe 2-3 beers 3-4 days a week and I try to drink low carb beer but it may be what’s keeping me from losing better. I don’t drink soda and I use stevia in my coffee so now I’ll cut beer. I drink about 70-90 oz of water a day. I try not to eat sweets but when hubby brings you candy on Valentine’s Day, I feel obligated to eat it. I did eat a few then I put them up. Out of sight, out of mine, till my son sees them lol. I have found when I’m having a sweet craving, eating an Activa yogurt with a tbsp of milled flaxseed is good.

Valentines chocolate—hubby took most. Those that were left usually get pushed to the back of the freezer where i cannot easily find them! 😜
