Went to nutritionist yesterday. All was good. Weight is at 130.6, measurements were a bit of surprise. Resting bicep 11.5, waist 29, ( yippee!) hips 34, Biceps were down 1/2" and that was a bit surprising as I've been working upper body out a lot and definitely I'm more defined..Waist was down 2"! That made me so happy! Nutritionist was very happy overall. I have begun to change mindset and I've learned that eating more isn't always a bad thing. It's really about balance. I'm actively working out harder and my body needs nourishment to fuel those workouts. I have returned to weighing twice a week and it is helping me from being so obsessed about the number on the scale. I'm starting another new workout with my trainer and another girl I take class with. We are combining our training session with our trainer. Twice the training time and I'll have a partner to support me and vise versa. She is on about same level as me so I think it's a great fit. Have a great day everyone! Thank you everyone, sorry I didn't respond sooner. It's been a crazy day! We got snow today in Vegas and had wind gusts from 50-70 mph. It was insane! Lots of stuff blowing everywhere and since Joe is still sick I had to step up and batton down the hatches, so to speak! Got the fireplace going and made chicken, cabbage and vegetable soup for dinner. Workout with trainer was fantastic! We did full body and cardio mixed in. I'm sore! 👍💪💜💜💜

I am getting caught up on things and I am so happy you hit 29" on your waist!!! You have worked so hard for that. I want to follow in your footsteps and get that by summer and finally knock that goal off the shelf. It is getting dusty. Thanks for sharing and keeping me motivated. You rock!!
