Week 3- Sunday

This is the last day in week 3. Yesterday I went on a long walk around a local lake with a friend I hadn't seen in quite a long time. Today, we are planning to do the same walk. I can't wait! Tomorrow is weigh in day...I can't wait to see the numbers.
