Biceps are still weak. My left arm is finally bigger than my right unicep. However, it isn't any stronger. Both were struggling for 12 reps seated DB curls at 15lbs. Yikes!

Yea it’s strange isn’t it. My left arm was smaller n weaker than my right. So I did extra reps on the left, so now it’s still weaker but bigger 😂

@2melons, yes the back seems to be better. I'm still not doing squats or DLs just yet though just to be safe.

@Supergainz, I'm a bit upset. I busted my arse this week and didn't gain (size or weight). How am I already stalling at 181lbs when I'm eating almost 3800 calories and zero cardio? I don't want to gain a bunch of fat but I feel like I failed this week for sure. I can't imagine that weight training is burning 1000+ calories. This is so much harder than cutting as far as CICO.

what happened to your biceps? Injury of some sort?

@davidsprincess, yes I tore my longhead bicep off of my shoulder tendon. This happened over 5 years ago when I was working out with high intensity. It was never fixed. It is more noticeable the bigger my arms get. They are still 1.5" smaller than in 2018. However, you can really start to see something missing now though. Not much I can do about it.

I don't see anything missing in your pics. We are always hardest on ourselves.

I know, I avoid taking pics from that angle. It is the outer/lateral side so you can't really tell (other than loss of the peak) from the inside.
