Ok made it through the first full weekend of my 2023 woe, YIPPEE! That was a BIG accomplishment for me and a small battle but so worth it. I feel good this morning, down a few ounces but I'm not posted weight loss everyday like I use to, maybe every other day or when there is at least 1 pound that holds for a couple days. I really want to get below the 160 mark within a few weeks. That is where I start to feel like my normal self and my clothes fit so much better. I don't want to go out and buy new clothes and I'm tired of going up & down, there aren't too many clothes in my closet that is at the larger end of sizes. I have 3 sizes for me, small-not fit, medium-kind of fit but tight and maybe not fit, and large-fits but getting tighter. I want to get to the medium and stay there! Then depending on my weight and how I feel I'll decide if I'm continuing to the small (which is normal for my height and I use to fit in) or stay at the medium and maintain there. I really want to get down to between 138 - 142, which would be nice but I may just end up at 145 which is ok also. I know it is just a number and not about the "number" but that seems to be where I felt the best, It has been a very long time since I've been there, so we will see how it goes. I go to a temp job MWF this week which is a crazy place and sometimes they have food temptations there and if I don't bring my lunch I go out to eat (which I'm not going to do this week) So, I need to go pack my lunch and get ready to go.
