Too many calories and too many carbs today and I thought I was doing pretty good considering I didn't eat any bread at all. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. I have got to cut back on the almonds.

Don't beat yourself up too much! There are worse choices than almonds! Good job on staying away from the bread!

I agree. Almonds are good for you! But all things in moderation. Except fried foods. I've had to cut my beloved fried foods out of my life entirely. That alone has been a big help.
