Does anyone believe in winter hibernation for the body? I think I may believe this one now. Since December, I have not really sweat at all during my workouts. So I thought my body was just getting used to the workout, but today, man was I sweating buckets. I didn't do anything different than I normally would have. I just did my routine. And it was like my body couldn't keep a hold of the water anymore. It felt great. I am really hoping that now, I will be able to keep the sweat pumping and the weight melting. I hope everyone has a great Easter Holiday. Have a great weekend everyone.

That is interesting I never really thought of it. I do sweat more say April through November I just figured because it was warmer outside and in the house.

I'm thinking it has more to do with the humidity than hibernation

Yeah, I'd also guess humidity is a key factor. And maybe temps as well. I work out in my basement, temps and humidity are both higher in the warmer months and I sweat a lot more then when working out.
