Been working out and walking everyday while on vacation.Our campground has a small fitness center which I used yesterday.( not pictured was a treadmill) This was equipment available. I made it work, 30 min on treadmill, speed 4, incline 6 & upper body w/o.

I think that's great that there is a fitness center in the campground! Good for you for doing it. I can't walk 4 miles an hour.

Fritzy, I used to run but my knees and hips are trashed so I use the incline to make it more cardio. I usually just do cardio as a warm up for lifting. You walk outside don't you? That's even better! 👍👍

I walk outside in a very hilly area so if I take on the hills it's almost like hiking. I used to run as well but I averaged about 10 1/2 minutes for a mile. But I could run all day at that rate.

Little_mermee, thanks! I'm trying to stay on track. My back still has a "twinge" but am able to still do my workouts. I just can't do deadlifts or backrows with heavy weights..💜💜💜💜💪💪

Anne Estephanie, just wanted to add that it took me a while but sticking with my plan helped me to get where I'm at. I still have a bit to go and you can hit your goal too! There's so much support on this site! Best of luck on your journey!!💜👍👍

FluffyPuffMama, thank you...it's a journey for sure. Some days better than others .didn't workout yesterday as we went to pick up our off road vehicle. Today will hit gym hard. 👍💪

I admire your ability to stick with workouts while traveling. My plans to workout during our last vacation didn't happen....other than walking. I do think if it was just Hubby & I we'd do better.
