Finally feel like I am back on track. Stuck to my diet well yesterday. One of my downfalls is sweets people bring to work. Every birthday is celebrated with cake. Some actually brought a plate with a piece of birthday cake to my office door and offered it to me yesterday. I said no thank you!

You got to keep telling those tempting treats "you have no power over me!" Didn't you feel really self-righteous when you said "no thanks"? How are the black bean chips? Sounds interesting.

Black bean chips are very good. The first time you taste one, it will taste a little strange, but with a dip or something, they are great and so much less carbs than corn chips. I put pepperoni slices on them and their great. That is my son's favorite snack.
