fix your form. that grip on the bar with the way you have your elbows flared back and chest slumped over is an accident waiting to happen.

Pain I think you’re talking about high bar form. I’m actually resting the bar on my lower traps. Cuz I don’t know how people get comfortable doing high bars. So if I’m standing with chest out on a low bar position then it would roll off my back. Or put tremendous strain on my arms to try n hold it up. You would need a little lean to balance it. And the elbows is cuz of my shoulder mobility. That’s actually quite a stretch for it too... I can’t go any narrower. But the balance is good though
