Soooo... mom in law is recovering very well now and has moved out as of last Sunday. She has moved in with my brother in law who has a much better floor plan for her continued physical therepy. After 3.5 months, in caregiver mode, its hard to just return to normal. But I will endeavour to do so... starting with tracking my cals again! I moved to a new office location, and the gym is 125 steps away... no excuses. I might weigh 200 now, or just over thst, but I can tell the 3 months of fast food and eating out in general has taken its toll. Energy level is lower and I have started to drink coffee some days to get thru the day. Blood pressure has creeped up to 120/80; reflux/GERD symptoms have been evident; BM changes; burping... all signs of poor nutrtion even though I am maintaining my weight. Time to get back in the saddle!

I am glad to hear your mom-in-law is doing better. I am sure you will do well in your efforts to get back on-track of your health efforts - I will not say good luck as luck has nothing to do with it.
