trying to get started back with my documentation. had a little issue getting over covid. still very sluggish and slow. my sister is now on keto with me. she does all the cooking. she came home from work yesterday and said even though it's only been a week people can tell she's lost weight. even her clothes are looser. told her to get used to it she might not notice the difference in the weight on the scale but she will lose inches and her clothes will start to fall off. remember butter will make your pants fall off
