I think I need to stop moving my goal. When I started I wanted to get to 150. Now that I’m maybe a month or so away from that I’ve decided I should go to 140…then strayed thinking maybe 130 would be better. I even averaged out my weight loss to see when I would approximately reach the 130 goal.

That would mean no drinking, sugar, oil, butter, carbs or starches until mid-December. );
