Thanks Yfritz, result of honest work. I like that. It really is just that. I started with 30 mins or less just last year and now it’s more like closer to 2hrs.
Glad you like my setup, it’s dirty but it gets the job done. I got lucky with the weights that I bought years ago seconded handed. I haven’t showed my rope climb on a tree yet.

Merms that’s a solid axel with tires on it. I do power clean toss with it to see how high I could get it. And on the ground is a utility pole that is cut in half that I do power presses with. All fun stuff

Lol thanks Petra, actually the weather for this time of year is pretty nice. Temps in the 90s, I sweat but not pouring sweat like last month when it was in the 100s so I’m loving it
