Song Byrd's Journal, 09 June 2011

I am still eating too many carbs but I am feeling really good about my morning walks. I am so grateful to the Lord for giving me the strength to exercise daily. My legs hurt so bad in the morning and yesterday my ankles were swollen, but this morning the swelling was gone. I am trying to stay encouraged and not get caught up in the whole lose weight drama. I need to create a menu and build in daily snacks. Knowing what I am going to eat helps me stay on point. Thank you Jesus for the wisdom.
