woke to the sound of buzzin in my ear this morning...goooooooood mornin...so...slowly got up an started moving around...would of been so easy just to lay back down ...but i knew today was my weight/cardio workout day an i hate to miss those...throws my weekly schedule off if i do...so got up an moving an just came back home from my morning workout...so...got that over with for the day...already in the 70s outside..another hot humid day ...almost wishing for rain now...but it will only make it hotter...afterwards...but grass is lookin dryed out...today is walmart day...not to much on my list...just want to go this morning an get it over with...come back inside an stay cool...almost wishing for winter to come back ...not so much for a long period of time...but just a few days to cool it off...lol...o well...all part of summer this year...seems like it went from winter...to rain to summer this year...well...gonna get up an make the bed...get my second set of clothes on for the day and get this day started...

addon...several months ago i started doing a daily fast...since i get up and going at 3am...to get my workout over with...i eat breakfast at 3am....then usually about 9 or so...i eat lunch...then about 12 i eat a light supper..then i fast from noon till 3am...i do eat if i get hungry, but its just snacking stuff to hold me over...with it being so hot outside...its gotten easier to cut the carbs most days...it works for me...an thats what seems to be the way to go..you have to find what works for you an stick with it....

Hi loosin' - it got up to 90* here yesterday in western Massachusetts, they expect close to 100* today and tomorrow we could reach that if we don't this afternoon, then it supposed to cool down. Hope you had a good workout, today I am going to try to get a walk in...

thanks amy an glenn...thats one good thing about doing my workouts at 4am and inside a gym...its great till you walk back outside into the heat..just back from walmart...only got what was on my list...one good thing about summer..you dont feel like eating all that much..only things that look good are in the coolers or frozen parts...

LOL - that is true unless you have a good potato or macaroni salad that is sitting cold in the fridge, I made a macaroni, bean, chicken and BBQ salad that is cold and it came out really well. I guess I sort of can cook when I try to... anyway, it is in the low 90s out here today - a bit cooler than was forecast - the sky is hazy, maybe that is why the sun's heat didn't make it too hot. This is a good time to live in Maine or Cape Cod where it is generally in the 70s today, but I like the heat - guess you're having it too...
