No change on the scale, but look at those ankles! No more kankles. I've been trying to watch my sodium intake, but I am struggling. I like a sprinkle on my cantaloupe. Seems to bring out the sweetness. And we haven't had the sweetest melons this season.

I am hoping to get my boot off in the next week or two. My foot is feeling so much better. I don't want to be hobbling along when I take the kids shopping for school clothes.

Looks like we're keeping the bird. Step dad won't let the kids bring him home. That's ok.

I agree about the cantaloupe. I like mine with a little salt and some pepper.

Switch to a good mineral-based salt, like Himalayan salt, or Redman's. Contains other minerals/"salts" beside NaCL.
