Ate too much yesterday-it seems that even though I don't have my cycle any more, I have 1 day of the month that I can't seem to fill up with food. Now that is done, I can continue with the diet. I think I will go to Curves today and exercise, since its been 2 weeks since my back feels better. They have been calling to see if I am ok. What with the weather, back, and my brother, they were not on the list!
