It's funny the things a guy will notice about a girl, like her walk. I love that. See, you are interesting! You care about more than T & A, so that's a huge start. ;) It definitely seems you just lack confidence - not that you're not interesting. Things you're into are interesting to someone out there. My advice - try to at least fake the confidence. That is the most sexy thing a man can do - be confident. Give yourself some swagger (attitude, not the walk, haha). There is a fine line between confidence and being a douche, so be careful! And maybe if you fake it long enough, maybe you'll gain true confidence! Good luck. :) 

Gotta agree with Deb...fake it until ya gain it! Women do it too...I know I do! I get incredibly anxious meeting new people and at large functions but I just smile, hold my head high and walk like I'm a mutha-lovin Queen! LOL Do you guys work in the same department? Have the same lunch? First find common ground...hell just say HI and Good Morning to her in passing. Compliment her hair or shirt...anything. Don't go out of your way to do it, just, in passing "Good Morning [insert name], that's a nice color on you/how are you doing today/any plans for the holiday weekend?"  

She works at the same site as I do but works over in another area. I see her at lunch sometimes but i'm usually sitting with people having conversations. I have friends who are friends with her who are going to try to see if they can make anything happen. Her ex-boyfriend works here and they still sit together at lunch and he's a scary guy. I've never been a T&A guy. I'm all about necks, shoulders and backs. I'm also usually not very picky about walks but man she's just got whatever makes me melt. I just completely lack that initial confidence to make that first contact. It even hurts me in online dating. I guess it actually is only like that when I think the person is out of my league. I'm hoping there is some event where we both attend and that's when I can be more outgoing and make some initial impressions on her.  

Wait...still works and eats with the ex...hmmm that would make me nervous too. Proceed with caution my friend! And as long as its done in a classy way, women like when men make that intial first move. I know I do. My boyfriend earned mad brownie points when he DIDN'T follow the 3 day rule and texted me the same night we met. I even told him that if he had waited, I would have lost interest and written him off.
