gooooooood mornin...back from a morning weight cardo workout...must of been a great workout...was sweating by the time i got done with the weight routine...so guess it was a great workout...more storms again today they are saying...according to weather man yesterday storms off an on until june...cause of the weather pattern...hate this time of year...but not alot can be done about it...must of scared scales yesterday ...today it was showing a loss...lol
