My neighbor who is receiving chemo is having a hard time eating., zero appetite and can’t tolerate the smell of their normal Indian food. So soup it is and anything else that sounds good to him. Right now it is strawberries. So strawberry pie on the menu for tonight. I took help from the store with the crust— Marie Callender’s deep dish frozen shell. Really, I cannot make it any better and I always have one in the freezer..

KayBuckeroo— thanks for posting. Cannibus and CBD have been legal in California for a very long time. No certifications needed. I have another acquaintance who has terminal brain cancer and I periodically go with her to buy both the CBD and cannibus which she uses instead of narcotics and it works so well for her. Her oncologist has his full support for how she manages her pain. The place she buys from is like going into a well stocked pharmacy. Neat clean, orderly and the people who work there really, really know their stuff. I have had LOTS of patients and friends who have used these substances for various conditions for years with wonderful success.
