GOOOOOOD MONDAY MONDAY MORNIN...just got home from a great morning workout...almost slept thru it...but woke up about half hour later then alarm clock would of went off...if i hadnt woke up early an shut it off..thinkin i could stay awake...all turned out well...got up...an went to gym to get my workout...

2x30 min on 2 different treadmills..hill programs..wanted to do 2 different workouts on different treadmills...break up the routine...

another day...another workout...cut an trimmed grass yesterday...dont usually cut it on sunday..but weather man is predicting rain till friday again..geez...we did get rain last night...but i slept thru it all as usual...have a great oneeeeeee...
