Well I’m hoping I can do better this summer found me some recipes for keto with fiber. Kind of went off the rails the last two weeks again because I lost my job so I’m kind of anxious about getting a new one now but trying to keep hopeful and positive. I know eating everything isn’t going to solve my problem.
