Today was the end of my 2nd Phase of P90X. Need to take my pictures tonight and see the difference. I'm actually looking more forward to the pics after the next 5 weeks. Feeling really good...just wish it wasn't so rainy.
183.6 lb Lost so far: 40.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

OMG.... You are doing an awesome job. I just sent you a buddy request. I finished the first month of P90x Lean with mediocre results. I decided to step it up and move to Classic and start over with week 1. You look great. Did you stick to the nutrition plan?

Hey...thanks for the friend request. I didn't follow the nutrition plan at all. I had been on my own diet since the 3rd of January and i've continued on that although i've been trying to eat a bit more since i've been exercising more. You can follow my diet and stuff on my blog - http://cjrdiet.blogspot.com. I keep track of everything I eat...it's pretty much the only way I can stick to it. Even after 8 weeks of P90X it is still rough to do certain moves and exercises. I felt like I was going to die doing Plyo this morning. I feel like the stronger I get the more I put into working out and the hardness factor remains the same. Keep with it and the results will come!

Thanks so much, I am pretty much trying to stick to my calories everyday and always trying to add protein...those carbs sneak up on me so fast. i am trying to stay at least over 100 grams of protein a day...Yeah I haven't really gotten there but I am trying. You look great. I will check out your blog too. :-)
