Month 1 down! I've lost 13 pounds, and now that I'm finally getting enough water I'm pretty sure it's not water weight. I've also started exercising, so I need to be more careful to get enough calories. It seems weird to even type that, but I know it's true.
I also saw this in someone's signature on the SparkPeople forums and I loved it so I wanted to share, or at least record it so I could find it again:
2000 B.C. - Here, eat this root. 1000 A.D. - That root is heathen. Here, say this prayer. 1850 A.D. - That prayer is superstition. Here, drink this potion. 1940 A.D. - That potion is snake oil.
