Fell off the diet for a couple of weeks for a number of reasons... Back on again but will switch to GI once I have the book. I need to concentrate on a lower cholesterol diet.

Just keep on trying to focus and try to control overall calorie intake, you are doing fine.

I am getting the book as well. Don't worry so much about the fall off, you are back and that is all that matters. The GI does look very nutritional, i bet it will help us both. Keep up the good work *smile*

The GI diet helps with a lot of different health issues. The biggest thing that helps with any diet working and improving health issues, is getting all the important food groups in everyday and controlling your portion size. I have low blood sugar but have to limit my sugar intake the same as a diabetic and I have to make sure if I have a carb I have a protein. Diet is a complicated subject to try to understand how the human body works. Good luck.
