WILL SOMEONE SNAP ME OUT OF IT!!!! I NEED HELP, I HAVE BEEN SO BAD LATELY, DEF. WATCHING THE CALORIE INTAKE BUT HARDLY ANY WORKING OUT, OF COURSE I SPENT ALL SATURDAY AND SUNDAY REARRANGING FURNITURE AND DECORATING (DOES THAT COUNT?) I FEEL YUCKY AND ON TOP OF IT I RECEIVE SOME MEDICAL TEST BACK SHOWING I HAVE (SORRY TO BE TO MUCH) A NASTY INFECTION THAT I DIDN'T REALIZE I HAD. I HAVE FELT SOME PAIN AND DISCOMFORT IN MY STOMACH BUT I FEEL SO MUCH BEETER THEN I USE TO IT DIDN'T REALLY BOTHER ME. DOCTOR SAYS THAT COULD BE WHAT IS PREVENTING MY WEIGHT TO DROP RIGHT NOW AND SO SLOW TO SOME PEOPLE.
I REALLY WANTED TO WORKOUT THE LAST TWO DAYS BUT THANKS TO WORK AND GETTING OUT REALLY LATE ( 15 HRS LATER)I DONT HAVE THE ENERGY I DON'T KNOW ANYONE WHO WOULD WANT TO AND IF THEY HAD THE WILL POWER THEN I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THEIR TAKING.
TOMORROW IS ANOTHER DAY!!!! IAM NOT GIVING UP YET!!!!
37 DAYS TIL VACATION MAY NOT HIT MY GOAL BUT IAM HOPING ON COMING CLOSE.

get a hold of yourself! grab the horse by the reins and tell yourself "YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT!" I've had to work really long shifts before too and I found if you drink plenty of water and take a B vitamin it helps a lot. I don't know what kind of infection you have so check w/ your doc. first :)

Take care of yourself & allow your body to heal from the infection.

Hey, don't be too hard on yourself. We all have our moments. You will get through this. Just take it one day at a time. I just recently went back to the doctor and he suggested I work out, but I don't have the time either. He told me to buy a pedometer and make sure I'm doing 10,000 steps. You know what? It really is helping. Maybe you can do the same. Please take care of yourself.

Get that negativity out of your head and do the very best you can. I agree about the infection, that's why the low energy..soon it will be gone and you'll be back to your old self. I have faith in you.

You still have over one month before your vacation. that's TONS of time to make some progress towards your goal. Every pound you lose, or bit of exercise you do, will make you feel better about your body. It's NOT ALL OR NOTHING!!! Rome wasn't built in a day (yeah, I know, cheesy) Listen to the doctor and take care of yourself and everything with fall into place at the right speed. You sound like a really strong person so I know you can get over this hurdle. Positive thinking!
