My legs and butt are killing me from my workout yesterday! It hurts to sit, walk, stand, etc.
I couldn't get up at 4:35 this morning, my body obviously didn't want to get up. I find this happens a lot around this TOM. I also get very uncoordinated!
Anyway, must remember to make up my workout today to end week 5!
