My legs and butt are killing me from my workout yesterday! It hurts to sit, walk, stand, etc.

I couldn't get up at 4:35 this morning, my body obviously didn't want to get up. I find this happens a lot around this TOM. I also get very uncoordinated!

Anyway, must remember to make up my workout today to end week 5!

Geez so early. Did you have to get up for work or did you get up that early to excircise?

I get up most days at 4:35 to workout. Crazy, I know.

During my TOM ... i just eat chocolate and lay about

Wow that is way early I have never gotten up that early to get a workout in. The earliest was 6 am and that was when I did hill climbing.
