Grrrr. Not so happy today. For the passed two days I have weighed in 4 pounds over Saturday's weigh in!!!

I started adding some carbs back but nothing crazy (70-116 gr range), and I've been working out. This is driving me crazy! The other insane thing is that the BF% is staying constant, if not 1% less. I guess that's the positive thing I should be remembering. Oh yeah, the other thing is that it's supposed to be my TOM tomorrow-Saturday. So hopefully THAT is what's caused this and it will go away in a few days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Tomorrow ends week 5 of P90X, almost the half way mark. I feel so strong now. Getting up at 4:30 is torture, but I can say, I do think it's been worth it. I'm still trying to get my butt over to do the group fitness classes in the evening, but it's just a struggle! Especially since I get up before the roosters, to find energy 12-13 hours later is a test!

Looking forward to another 4 day weekend. Hopefully the weather is nice so I can some pool time in! Make it a great week!

Your during great. Your building muscle doesn't that burn more calories? I gained back 3 lbs since a week ago but haven't eaten that many calories. Although I have been craving more sugar so I need to cut out the M&Ms. I also think it might be salt. I am cutting down on that too.

Hey partner, I am sure its water weight and muscle. PLus TOM...sucks for everyone. You are eating and working out. You are doing all the right things. Keep it up. I can not believe you get up at 430 in the AM to workout.....all the more props. I have not seen 4 am since I was born....lol

It is probably water, and it is probably a little bit of muscle, too. I just hate those stinking numbers! I've been doing really well on the cravings since I plan out most of my calories. My calories need to stay around 1700 to lose, and I am trying to get 1 gram of protein pound of weight, 30-35% fat and the rest are carbs with the majority in the form of veggies and whole grains. And getting up at 4:30 is about the only time I have to work out!
