Here I am again… wow… been at this thing called getting healthy for a super long time!
This time, My main goal is to simply get healthy- be healthy- increase exercise and eat a bit better. I absolutely need to drop weight for my health but I don’t want to focus on numbers. The last time I was at it, I became so frustrated as nothing I did was making the weight come off. Age? They say it’s harder to lose after 49 and I’m pushing 50.
