Staying with my walking program. Did actually lose a pound. I am working on finding the right shoes that don't bother my spondylolthesis. Spring/summer will be here soon and will be spending more time outside. Another reason I need to get in better shape. Made reservations to take the grandkids to Mount Rushmore for the 4th of July. They have a wonderful fireworks display. But I read that the forest service nixed the fireworks. Would be a shame to not see the fireworks. Could actually be a game changer for us. Am wondering how much it will set us back for gas.

Fish and game caught one of the two mountain lions wandering around town. Our youngest went to a daycare at the foot of hills surrounding town. I always told him to stay in the middle of the group when they went for their walks. Lions tend to grab little ones.

Have to go to town to take care of some paperwork on my mom's estate. Think I will get my little sports car out and drive it into town.
