I'm really starting to dislike going out of town for training. At the beginning, I thought it was fun, yet now I feel like it just messes up my schedule. I haven't even been able to put my Halloween pictures up. :'(

The hardest part for me is eating healthy. As for exercise while on the road, I try to stay at a hotel with at least a small fitness room and I map out a running course well before I leave for the trip.

Agreed! There's so many options to dine out compared to the small town I live in... I've been doing fairly well eating smart. The exercise is what's getting me! I get so tired by the end of the day, I can't muster the will to walk my butt down the hall. Ah well, I checked my weight when I got back last night and found I did pretty good. I'll actually 'weigh in' tomorrow morning, at least after I get some exercise done. And hopefully get those damn pictures up! -.-'
