I've changed my goal weight since I've been to the gym for the past 2 months. I work out on Monday/Wednesday/Friday each week on the machines to tone up my muscles. Being 46 however, I can't seem to get rid of the last bit of stomach fat. I have 4 parts of a six pack. Apparently, the other 2 are hidden. But, I'm well-toned otherwise. It has now been a year since I began this journey. I am liking the new me!
