Today was pretty hard. Even though, technically the diet doesn't start until tomorrow. Had dinner with the Apiag's for Donna's birthday and the homemade mac and cheese didn't help. I'm over in points. I don't even think I've counted everything. I'm frustrated and discouraged. Tomorrow is a new day and I will do better. Maybe when I'm not feeling sick, I will feel more motivated.
