I'm gaining weight and freaking out and I just relaxed. I just took a look back on my weight history and the calendar to see which months I tracked a lot and which months I haven't. I've looked at what I was eating on particularly good days and not and I've been so apprehensive and frankly lazy to start back because I'm sooooooo bored at work. I eat candy at work now! But it has to stop and I have to go full drive at work to keep myself in an okay shape. I eat when I'm bored. It's an accessory to activities. If I watch a movie I eat popcorn, the bad kind, if I want to read I've switched to tea without sugar but it's usually like candy and like a lot of coffee with cream and stuff. OR COOKIES! I love cookies when I read. My hormone changes don't help and I'm stressed about my reproductive health right now and stuff I've put off and you know. I can do it. I can try and get to a healthy way by the holiday so I have nothing to worry about.
