This just in... Starbucks is not my weight loss friend! My daughters acapella choir had a singing engagement this morning from 9AM -3PM and we stoped at Starbucks for a "wake-me-up" prior to the 1.5 hour drive home. caramel macchiato 240 calories
blueberry scone 390 calories
Thus, Starbucks is not my way loss friend.

It wasn't all bad... the manager was hosting a baby shower for a family, and when she saw the formal black dresses and tuxedos of the 7 singers with me, she asked them to sing for the party. They nailed it with an African praise song, amd the whole store cheered. The manager rewarded them with free drinks!
