I'm glad to find that I didn't gain as much as I initially thought I did.

I'm back at my apartment and back at university, I spent yesterday buying lots of fruit and fruit juices. Now I think I'm guaranteed atleast 2 fruit a day for a week :)
160.9 lb Lost so far: 28.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 January 2022:
2355 kcal Fat: 103.89g | Prot: 79.17g | Carb: 279.77g.   Breakfast: Sainsbury's Banana, Tea with Milk and Sugar, Peanut Butter Sandwich. Lunch: McDonald's Hot Chocolate (Large), McDonald's Filet-O-Fish, McDonald's French Fries (Large). Dinner: Beef Chow Mein or Chop Suey with Noodles. Snacks/Other: Peaches (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned). more...

I love my veg. I just chop it up, spray some oil on it, sprinkle some chilli flakes and pop it in the oven.

You stick in Alt...half the battle is being organised and getting things done asap...not like me who left everything til last minute! And maybe invest in an air frier then you can chuck Anne's veg in there and it will be ready even quicker....i cook everything in mine, don't know how I lived without it!!❤
