I was good & true to my woe at play & light dinner after, today :-) AND I feel good :-) resisted the glass of wine plus snack I would have 'treated' myself to at the play, AND ordered exactly what I planned on ordering at after dinner; A nice big salad, with grilled chicken & a lot of good veggies, italian dressing on the side. water & coffee to drink and I didn't even feel left out watching my friend have a bloody mary, big burger & potato salad. :-) Hope ALL is well in FS=Land & Take care to ALL :-)
