Had to work until 1:15 this morning, so obviously a work out did not happen. My mantra for today is: I will work out when I get home!
Still feeling kind of congested in my head and can't wait for it to go away!
On a good note, felt pretty good this morning on the scale. I'm less than I was at last weigh in, so I've lost those TOM pounds (edit- I'm not, I'm actually .4 more, which is fine)! I'll be interested in seeing what the scale says for tomorrow. I'm giving it all I got (which may not be a lot) at tonight's last chance workout!

TOM = time of month. I had to ask the first time, too!
And you can totally handle P90X, that's the beauty of it! It's for any level of fitness!

Ha I thought it was something I should know. I want to do P90x but I am a little afraid it might stress me too much because I am working to get my cortisol down. (I posted a reply to your comment on my journal) I am in love with the kettle bell and am doing just a little of that. Maybe when I am a little more healthy I will attempt it. I think I have a copy of it.
