Just got invited to my first FS challenge.... unfortunately I had to decline. I am hoping It was a typo, but it was "Lose 15 lbs in 3 weeks". Unless you re morbidly obese, this challenge cannot be done, in my opinion, without some negative health risks. 15 lbs in 15 weeks would be better, or 15 lbs in 7 weeks if one is obese.

Yes, it is possible... IF you are morbidly obese, AND are just starting a calorie deficit nutrition approach. IF those 2 conditions are met, then you can lose about 10 lbs of fat and 5 lbs of water in those 3 weeks. If you meet those criteria, I would be delighted to tell you how. However, if you have been really dieting for over a month, then your water weight is likely already gone, so I could only show you how to healthily loss 6-10 lbs of fat in 3 weeks... IF you still meet the morbidely obese definition. 6 lbs in 3 weeks if you are obese. I love simple nutrition... beats a fad diet every time.

... did I mention nutrition knowledge is free? and you can eat all the carbs you want? You may not want to eat a lot after you get some nutrition knowledge, but I am not afraid of the 278g of carbs a day that I averaged over the last 9 months, yet my bloodwork continues to improve.
