Monday, so soon? Being sick over the weekend sure did make it disappear quickly!

My grandiose plans of really tearing up week 1 of P90X slowly vanished as well. Luckily I was able to get in Days 1 & 2 before it totally took over me. I rested Saturday and Sunday. And probably against better judgement, I tried to get in Shoulders and Arms this morning. I eeked by. I have some making up to do to say the very least.

I also recorded Saturday's weight instead of today's. I had a feeling it wasn't going to be good with all the cold medicine and TOM coming. I was right.

I am looking forward to bowling tonight though, regardless of how I am feeling right now.

Goal for this week to to drop another pound!
