Progress post to cap 2021 journey
1st photo: Jan... fluffy at 184. Funny how I didn’t think I was THAT out of shaken then.... lol
2nd photo: Aug... dropped to 155, felt too scrawny at this weight. Experimented with pretty much all the diets that’s out there. Each have their pros n cons but ultimately I think their purpose is to create a caloric deficit for people who doesn’t want to count calories, hence there’s some that can’t lose weight on those diets. For those people I recommend calorie counting.
3rd photo: Oct... 171. After 2 months of bulking. Was carrying a little too much flubber than I was comfortable with. So I began cutting from here
4th photo: Dec... 167. After almost 2 months of cutting. Cut 4lbs, definition looks a lot better. Almost close to the same fat% as I was at 155. Maybe another 1 or 2 pounds more of fat to trim. But overall I gained about 10-11lbs of muscle in 4 months time, pretty happy with the result. At one point during the bulking phase I felt like I was going backwards, I kept on going and did the cut and that’s when I notice the gainz. Trust the process
2021 was all about dedication and consistency for me, show up when you need to. It’s what got me here, best shape of my life. Keep grinding..... GAINZ!!!
