what have you changed since not being able to lift?

All pain,no gain, great question! I would love to say I'm watching my diet more carefully but I haven't done great since holidays. I do eat good meals but I've been munching on snacks more than usual. Still stay within macros but not as many clean foods as I usually eat. I'm still lifting but about 1/2 the weight as normal and not near the reps I'm used to. I've added 20 min on treadmill or elliptical but that's about as much stamina I can muster. I prefer weights and I know I just have to be patient...Dr said I may never be able to lift at level I was before...that was hard to hear

The reason I asked was because I honestly don't see a huge difference. I'm sure your eyes see something different when you look in the mirror, and you probably feel like you couldn't fight your way out of a wet paper bag. I think everyone who lifts has those days. Especially after taking breaks or slowing down -- for what ever reason. You still look great, and your doing what you can to maintain what you can. Keep at it. Best of luck.
