My home gym is in a detached uninsulated garage…19 degrees this morning. Indoor push ups and sit ups it is!

Hk get it bro! I don’t see those temps here till Jan. Feb. lol but yesterday windchills was in the 20s. Hardest part was warm hands on cold steel. Post some pics up, I don’t know your level but if you need some body weight training routine I got you. That’s what I started with

In all honesty I feel for me anyway is patience has developed more so than my body. In my 20s everything was balls out so I would lift super heavy and hard then take time off for pain and being wore out. Old story about 2 guys chopping wood young guy was all balls to the wall and chopped intensely all day the older guy would take breaks and sit under a tree. End of the day the old guy had twice the wood as the young guy. Young guy was mad saying you sat under the tree while I worked all day. Old guy says I wasn't sitting. I was sharpening my ax. It's become chess for me not Jenga.

I could totally relate to that story hebro. In my younger years I’d lift big but also go long stretches also known as slacking off lol but I was able to do it cuz I was young. Now I’m consistent, and now in my 40s I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been
