391 est cals bedtime snack. Cheerios with 1% milk now instead of 2%. Taste difference isn't very noticable in cereals.

yeah once I got used to the skim whole is just weird. used to be backwards. and who doesn't love Cheerios.

Yep, pretty much everyone likes Cheerios.. their numbers are good too! As for tweaks ... Between the 1% milk and premier protein use/changes, my diet numbers improved nicely. Protein intake is up, and fat just stating to go down... ⚖️📉📊👍😊
