83% of fat, 5% of protein, 12% carb; over on carb but way under on protein so will be interesting to see what happens with my weight tomorrow. Got caught on the road today without backup food and so ended up with two chicken strips that I ate while driving. LOL and then I snacked on a bag of peanuts so had to up the fat for dinner and after.
